Worlington All Saints' is a Grade I listed building, and its fairly formal style of worship reflects a sense of reverence for the beauty of the building.

It is proud to continue to hold a sung BCP evensong once a month with robed choir,  Currently the church is fundraising for repairs to the Chancel ceiling and to introduce new facilities into the church building.

Once a month we hold a 'Messy Church' service in the Village Hall

In recent years the church has become an important focal point for the movement to protect and find nesting sites for swifts.  There are 43 nest boxes in the tower, which produced 60 chicks in 2016.
