Worlington All Saints' is a Grade I listed building, and its fairly formal style of worship reflects a sense of reverence for the beauty of the building.

In 2017 the church undertook repairs to the chancel ceiling at a cost of some £23,000, and in 2019 has upgraded the heating system with electric under-pew heaters at a cost of around £!2,500.  We were able to do this thanks in large part to a very generous legacy, but it has left us low on reserves.  We are now actively fundraising for an alarm system for our lead roof, following recent thefts from our sister churches in Freckenham and Tuddenham.

Once a month we hold a 'Messy Church' service in the Village Hall

In recent years the church has become an important focal point for the movement to protect and find nesting sites for swifts.  There are 43 nest boxes in the tower, which produced 70 chicks in 2018.
