Worlington All Saints' is a Grade I listed building, and its fairly formal style of worship reflects a sense of reverence for the beauty of the building.

In 2017 the church undertook repairs to the chancel ceiling at a cost of some £23,000, and in 2019 has upgraded the heating system with electric under-pew heaters at a cost of around £!2,500.  Following lead thefts in neighbouring villages we also installed a roof alarm in 2019 to protect the roof.

In recent years the church has become an important focal point for the movement to protect and find nesting sites for swifts.  There are 43 nest boxes in the tower, which produced 70 chicks in 2018.

Regular services were suspended during the pandemic and replaced by a weekly Zoom service.  In more usual times our pattern of worship is as follows:

1st Sunday of the month: 11am modern language Holy Communion

2nd Sunday of the month: 11am Messy Church (in the Village Hall)

3rd Sunday of the month: 8am Traditional Holy Communion

4th Sunday of the month: 11am Informal Family Communion

5th Sunday of the month: joint service with our sister churches, check the calendar for venue
